Bird & Denis Atolls
Possible from February to May and from October to December!
THIS CRUISE FROM MAHÉ IS AIMED AT EXPERIENCED DIVERS WITH A LEVEL ALLOWING CERTAIN DIVES TO 42 METRES (ADVANCE LEVEL OR MINIMUM EQUIVALENT REQUIRED). IN ADDITION, NITROX QUALIFICATION IS REQUIRED (TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION CAN BE DONE ON BOARD).
You will discover the coral atolls of the northern Seychelles archipelago: Bird and Denis. After sailing for 5 hours, you will arrive in a picturesque lagoon like a postcard!
The bonus of this program is you can also enjoy the diving sites around Praslin, La Digue and Frégate on the way back!
Again, the sites around Bird and Denis are very rarely visited and you will be one of the few to meet mantas and other sharks.
The dives are along the reef’s walls between 12 and 42 meters deep and also in the lagoons.
The last dive of the day or the night dive is usually carried out on a coral shelf or in a pass at shallow depth, if possible not exceeding 12 metres, for decompression.

Day 1
Mahé - Praslin
Boarding in the morning, installation in your cabins, security briefing and development of the program. Lunch on board. Navigation to Praslin with 2 or 3 dives on the way! Anchorage at Anse Lazio...
Day 2
Praslin - Bird Island
Leaving Praslin, beautiful dive on a formation of peaks and granite towers. Will follow 2 dives on the way on coral plateaus inhabited by number of sharks and giant rays... Finally, a beautiful night dive awaits you on the steep walls of Bird atoll.
Day 3
Bird Island
The 3 or 4 dives of the day are done on the Bird drop-off and in the lagoon. It is not uncommon to see mantas who have come to be cleaned.
Day 4
Bird Island - La Digue
On the way back, the 3 dives take place on deep coral plateaus. Fauna very rich in grey sharks, whale sharks, etc. Night on La Digue.
Day 5
La Digue and Frégate
2 dives around La Digue and Coco Islands, granit pinacles and mazes are on the agenda today followed by 2 dives : Marianne & Frégate.
Mooring and night on Frégate.
Jour 6
Mahé
On the way back to Mahé, 2 last dives on the sites of Bitter Rock and Kas La Hache close in beauty this program! Meeting with grey reef sharks, nurse sharks, giant rays and school of fishes. Disembarkment at 3pm.

- In any cases the price will not be changed, no discount if less dives, no extra charges if more dives.

- Nitrox : 150€/person for all the dives (you need to be certified)
- Diving certifications N1, N2, Deep, Nitrox 250€ per course
- Access and use of the decompression chamber or oxygen therapy station

- The balance is due 1 month before departure

- More than 60 days before departure: Cancellation/refund fee of 80€
- Between 60 and 45 days before departure: 30% of the total amount will be charged
- Between 44 and 30 days before departure: 50% of the total amount will be charged
- Between 29 and departure day: 100% of the total total amount will be charged
